Service Description
During this workshop, you will learn about the different types of digital media, the application of digital media, how to create your own digital media and understand the expectations & behaviours required in the workplace. By the end of this workshop you will have your own professional digital CV and you get to bring home the goodies you create that you can also use as a tool to further your career! 3D Avatars Augmented Reality Portals Virtual Environments Augmented Reality Posters Green Screen Production Video Editing VR Game Development You will learn about what each of these digital media assets are, how they are used, the careers that can be forged from learning these skills. Expectations In The Workplace Digital Terminology Psychology Of The Workplace Professional Behaviour Courtesy & Empathy In The Workplace You will gain understanding about different expectations that are required in the workplace from time keeping to attitude to behaviour. Each participant of the 2 Day Workshop gets to take home a Digital CV, Augmented Reality Poster, and an Instagram Reel Cover Art Graphic Design. Participants of the 5 Day Workshop get to take home all of what the 2 day workshop get PLUS a 3D Avatar and an Edited Video Advert. Participants of the 10 Day Workshop get to take home all of what 5 day workshop gets PLUS a VR Game prototype and another Augmented Reality Poster. Minimum group of 5 participants per booking. Cancellation Policy
Bookings If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse you entry into the premises and you shall not be due any refund. If you arrive more than 20 minutes early for your booking we reserve the right to refuse you entry into the premises until 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your booking, you shall be entitled to a full refund minus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 25% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall not be due any refund. You can reschedule your booking once free of charge as long as you provide us at least 14 days notice ahead of your scheduled booking. If you reschedule your booking more than once or less than 14 days of your scheduled booking then you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee. If you reschedule your booking less than 7 days of the scheduled booking then we shall charge you a fee of 20% of your total booking fee and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. If you reschedule your booking more than twice we shall charge you an additional fee of £50 and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. All rescheduled bookings must take place within 1 month of the first booking date. Overtime If your podcast recording goes more than 10 minutes over your allotted booking time, you will be charged £60 per hour on weekday sessions or £90 per hour on weekday sessions after 5pm and weekend sessions. Audio & Video Recording Whilst we do our best to record a good quality podcast, we make no guarantee that the audio and video recording will be flawless or perfect. We aim to send you the raw files of your recording within 3 days after your booking but this might be delayed, we can only offer guarantee that you will receive files within 14 days of your booking.
