One Day Creative Workshop To Help People Express Themselves Creatively In A Healthy Way!
Service Description
During this holistic workshop, you will learn to express yourself in a healthy way! Your creativity will be enhanced through our dynamic day of thought provoking and therapeutic activities! You will relax, create and enjoy your day with us. You get to bring home the goodies you create! The start of our healthy expression workshop is focused on relaxing your nervous system and mind! First call of the day is a group meditation session. This is to clear the mind. We then move onto the Relaxation Hub; Then move onto the creativity! The middle of our healthy expression workshop is all about healthy expression through creativity! To start we have a group painting session, we then branch off into smaller groups to record a thought provoking podcast in which the topics covered include creativity, mental health and wellness. Whilst some small groups are recording podcasts, the rest of the small groups will be taking part in a group photoshoot, some will be behind the lens and some in front of the lens to learn key elements about photography and each participant will get to take home a digital image that they have taken at the workshop. 2 course Vegan lunch is then provided for our break, healthy, nutritious and natural foods. No processed food, to fuel the body in a positive way. Fun is our mission for the end of our healthy expression workshop with a group Karaoke session at the end! It is suitable for anyone aged 10 and over. We cater for groups of 5 - 20 per workshop. During this one day workshop you will learn: - How to manage your emotions - How to express yourself in a healthy way - How to be an effective storyteller - How to relax - How to control your breathing - How to meditate - How To Express yourself freely - The power of creativity - To Be More Confident Workshop Details: Delivered In Person At Mango Studios LDN, Finsbury Park, What You Get: Each person receives a 2 course vegan lunch, fresh juice, water. They get to take home their painted artwork, 3 digital images, the raw files of their podcast recording and a notepad and a Certificate Capacity: 5 - 20 people per workshop Duration: 5.5 Hours Entry Requirements: An Open Mind Age Requirements: 10+ Cost: Child £185 + VAT (£222) Aged 10 - 17 Adult £215 + VAT (£258) Aged 18 + Private Solo Session £350 + VAT (£420) 10% Discount given to groups of 20 participants.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse you entry into the premises and you shall not be due any refund. If you arrive more than 20 minutes early for your booking we reserve the right to refuse you entry into the premises until 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making your booking, you shall be entitled to a full refund minus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall be charged a fee of 25% of your total booking fee plus a £15 administration fee. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled booking you shall not be due any refund. You can reschedule your booking once free of charge as long as you provide us at least 14 days notice ahead of your scheduled booking. If you reschedule your booking more than once or less than 14 days of your scheduled booking then you shall be charged a fee of 15% of your total booking fee. If you reschedule your booking less than 7 days of the scheduled booking then we shall charge you a fee of 20% of your total booking fee and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. If you reschedule your booking more than twice we shall charge you an additional fee of £50 and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you shall not be due any refund. All rescheduled bookings must take place within 1 month of the first booking date. Overtime If your podcast recording goes more than 10 minutes over your allotted booking time, you will be charged £60 per hour on weekday sessions or £90 per hour on weekday sessions after 5pm and weekend sessions. Audio & Video Recording Whilst we do our best to record a good quality podcast, we make no guarantee that the audio and video recording will be flawless or perfect. We aim to send you the raw files of your recording within 3 days after your booking but this might be delayed, we can only offer guarantee that you will receive files within 14 days of your booking.
